Situated at the third level of the mall, the place is very clean with cosy facilities. I especially recommend the masseur even it’s a small-sized local with powerful hands that readily relieve your tense muscles. And a 2-hour massage costs less than S$23 ! This is definitely a value-for-money place that I always go back to whenever I am in Batam."
